A holiday donation request, from (me and) one of my favorite (and funniest) girls on my blogroll, Virginia of That’s Church. Yes, she is from Pittsburgh, but don’t we all have some crazy Uncle who lives there or didn’t we grow up Half a Steelers fan… (For, wha?!) and technically, Pittsburgh it taking over our city, where with the PNC takeover and the opening of Fatheads Brewery.
Seriously though, she’s heading up a great cause for “Make Room For Kids” and The Mario Lemiuex Foundation. You can donate easily through PayPal directly from her page. She’s raised almost $10,000!
Let’s show Burghers a little fellow former steel town Cleveland love! Because seriously… none of us really care about the Browns right now & our (non-NHL) hockey team is just as pathetic.
And in this instance, it’s all for the kids — regardless of the color of his or her terrible towel.
