I’m constantly adding items to My Bucket List (and hoping to get it to 100 things):
Throw out the first pitch at an Indians’ game I’m counting throwing out a first pitch at an Indians MINOR league game. Pffft! Join the Burning River Roller Girls FRESH MEAT as of August 1!- Jump out of a plane (hopefully with parachute)
- Visit all the countries of my origin (Czech Republic 2007, Germany 2008, Ireland & Hungary)
- Establish dual residency in a different country (Czech Rep is out, being they don’t allow dual citizenship)
- Live abroad for an undetermined amount of time (Canada, even)
- Finish a book a week for an entire year — or 52 books in 52 weeks.
- Participate in Demolition Derby
- Ride (or SKATE!) in the nude with a bunch of other perverts (there’s a Chicago event for that!)
- Climb Mt. Kilimanjaro
- Zip-line in Costa Rica
- Visit/vacation in Beirut, Lebanon
- Take music lessons again, and put a piano in my house/apartment/wherever
- Get quoted in a book
- Finish writing my book
- Collaborate on a book
Start my own writing business Completed 2010- Attend Bonnaroo music festival
- Go to SXSW
- See Basement Jaxx live. Wherever.
Get to Boston Completed July 2010- Start my shoulder tattoo
- Cover up my tramp stamp with a REAL tattoo (meaning: actually designed, not selected from a wall)
- Buy a pair of Louboutins
- Take a photography class/course
Find the perfect vintage navy blue wool coat of apparently, my imagination FOUND! January 2011- Meet Drew Carey. In Cleveland.
- Be an extra in a TV show or movie
Polar Bear Swim on New Year’s Day Completed January 2011- Kayak the length of {insert name} River
- Bike the Appalachian Trail (Pittsburgh to DC?)
Purchase the long-coveted (and out-of-print) book: The Lion in the Bedroom (ugh, $85 on Amazon?!) Found! (gift)- Have a shelf dedicated to my reading suggestions at my favorite local bookstore.
