I felt like doing a tipsy post. It seems I can barely spell right now, so this should be fun…
Spent (another) birthday dinner at Chi-Chi’s… “so it’s your birthday…” I don’t like the fact they feel the need to announce your bday to EVERYONE in the restaurant including your age! Stayed over here on the east side for Karaoke night at Champp’s. I need to go here for away games… this place rocks. Karaoke—didn’t sing tonight; wanted to! I was going to do my rendition of “You make me so very happy” or “Something Stupid.” They didn’t have that particular Sinatra song, and I was kind of ruined after “Fletch” did his impersonation to “My Way.” I can only say horrid… L., you would’ve laughed your ass off, and then probably showed him up! I enjoyed it better singing along in the car last week! Too many people signed up, and we didn’t get a chance to sing. Jen joined in on a 3-way (hehe) last song of the night because no one knew the words to “Let it Be.”
The beers ended at Claddaugh Irish Pub in Legacy. I chatted up with two local Italian men (late 40’s) and apparantly I joined their Coed baseball league for the fall. Balls in cold weather—gotta love it! I’ll probably laugh at most of this in the morning…
